Meet the Team
Josh Grimm and Luke Kazmierowicz, born and raised in Portland Oregon, are the lead contractors at Redland Construction. From a young age both Luke and Josh have had a passion for building things. While in college, Luke wanted to learn more about construction so he began work on a small house for himself. With Josh’s help it was completed shortly before graduation. Luke studied Computer Science and Josh studied Business, but after graduating they quickly became tired of sitting behind a desk.
Together they founded Redland Construction and began working around the Portland area, building decks, remodeling bathrooms, and more. In 2017 Luke’s sister and brother-in-law bought property in Beavercreek, Oregon, with plans for a new house, and they knew right where to go. Redland Construction brought their dreams of a new home to life. Along the way Josh and Luke gained more experience in everything from framing to electrical, HVAC and plumbing, and they even became certified to run gas lines.
From new construction, remodels, and repairs, armed with experience in almost every aspect of home building, Josh and Luke are your guys for the job.
